Telemedicine refers to using communications technology to provide real-time health advice for your companion animal. It is usually done via video chat where you can speak with one of our veterinary surgeons virtually – face to face. Telemedicine does not replace the physical examination of your pet but a valuable addition to your pet’s ongoing care. All you need to connect to an online consult is a Smartphone, iPad or computer, and an internet connection.
