COVID-19 Update: An Essential Message to Our Clients and Friends

Updated: May 4, 2021

Dear Clients and Friends, As THE ANDYS VETERINARY CLINIC continues to closely monitor the novel coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), the health and safety of our team, clients, families, and communities remain the main concern for us. With the situation fast-evolving, we feel it is important to update you about the steps we are taking across our practices to traverse through this crisis. According to the World Health Organization, there is no evidence to suggest that dogs or cats have become ill with this virus or will become a source of infection of COVID-19 in other animals or humans. We have requested increased cleaning frequency in all our facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for our people and clients. As always, we remain committed to providing high-quality service to our clients. Currently, we are open from 9 am to 6 pm as we continue to monitor the situation. Given altered schedules, some disruptions may be unavoidable. However, rest assured that our commitment to serving you remains our top priority, even if our typically prompt responses are slightly delayed. We continue to observe the situation, and if further adjustments in the way we serve you are needed, we will communicate those to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. This is an extraordinary time for our country, and we are committed to helping our clients steer through the impact of this crisis. We are grateful to be your veterinary services provider. Please reach out to us with your questions or for additional information. THE ANDYS VETERINARY CLINIC
